Hey there fellow readers! I am back with a new post. I recently came up with a new idea for this blog. Every time I read a Harlequin novel, I will be talking about/reviewing it. I wanted to do a series specifically on Harlequin books because I love them and they need more love. I don't see people read them or talk about them in the book community. I wanted to do a Spotlight on just Harlequin books just to talk about them and tell you my opinion on all the books I read. I also want to do this series for publicity to get more people to discover these books and read them. If you love romance like I do, I really recommend these books. They are nice, quick reads. Okay, so let's start with my very first Harlequin book. These reviews aren't going to be like my regular reviews. I'm just going to write a paragraph or two about my thoughts for the book.

Series: Special Edition
Rating-5/5 Lily Pads
Would I Recommend It? Yes! This can be read as a stand-alone but you should read them in order.
So here is the first Harlequin book I've ever read. One day I was on their website just browsing their books and I came across this book because I love books about pregnancy. I thought the plot sounded really good so I had to pick this one up. I didn't know this was the last book in a series until I started reading it. Luckily, you don't have to read them in order but it is a spin-off series following characters from the other books. I wasn't confused at all. Now I want to go back and read the other two.
Put that bad breakup behind you. And stop obsessing over the subsequent super hot one-night stand. Focus on your future. It’s the first day of your new job! Just ignore the fact that your boss, Ryan Wilde, was your former one-night lover. (He’s so hot!) Oh, and—surprise!—you’re pregnant with Ryan’s baby. And your job hinges on keeping it secret. You’ve got this! Right?
So overall I really loved this book! I'm a huge romance junkie so I knew I would love this! I'm also a huge hallmark movie fan so this read just like a hallmark movie. The beginning really hooked me and this book was so good I couldn't put it down! The beginning starts the morning after a one-night stand and after that it gets even better! I loved the plot since it's about pregnancy. I really liked the main characters. I liked Evangeline a lot. She was awkward at times but pretty relatable. I also really loved Ryan. He was very nice and sweet and I loved him from the very first page! Even though he has some baggage, I couldn't help but root for them to be together. Their relationship was so adorable and the sexual tension was awesome! The ending was also super sweet, it gave me all the warm feels I get after watching a romance movie. :) I will definitely reread this book in the future and now I really want to read the other two books in the series. If you love sweet romances with a baby, I highly recommend this book! I'm so happy this was my first Harlequin romance because I loved this book so much! I obviously gave it a 5/5.
I am so excited to continue this series! I really hope my readers like this new series and I hope these posts get you to give these books a try. If you love romance books, please read this! You won't regret it! So that was my mini review. Thank you so much if you are reading this. I really appreciate it. I hope you stick around and let me know if you've read any Harlequin books and leave me some recommendations. I'm always looking for more romance books to read. Have a great day and keep reading! :)
